Answers to common questions, and a direct line if you need more help.
How do I change what appears in the stamp?
Open the camera screen and tap the stamp icon in the bottom-right corner. From there you can toggle time, date, time zone, coordinates, altitude, compass heading, address, map thumbnail, and a custom note on or off individually.
How do I add my own logo or brand name?
In the same stamp settings sheet, turn on the brand watermark and upload a logo image, then add your name or business name and an optional website line. Drag the watermark anywhere on the frame and pinch to resize it.
The app says it's still detecting my location — what do I do?
Make sure Location Services are enabled for Timestamp Camera in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services, and that you have a reasonably clear view of the sky. Location can take a few seconds to lock on a fresh launch, especially indoors.
Why is the street address missing from my stamp?
The address line is resolved from your coordinates over the network. If you were offline when you captured the photo, that field is left blank rather than guessed — everything else in the stamp (time, coordinates, altitude, heading) still works normally offline.
How do I organize my photos into folders?
Tap the folder control at the top of the camera screen to create or switch between folders. New captures save into whichever folder is currently selected.
How do I delete a photo, video, or folder?
Open the folder from the gallery button, then use the standard select-and-delete controls. Deleting a folder deletes everything saved inside it that wasn't also saved to your Photos library.
Does deleting the app delete my stamped photos?
It deletes anything still stored inside the app's own library. Anything you separately saved to your iPhone's Photos library is unaffected, since that's stored by the system, not the app.
